As you know, California Governor Newsom has implemented a Shelter in Place order, effective 03/19/2020, in order to help protect our community against the COVID-19 virus.
To ensure the safety and health of our clients and our staff, HYR Motorsports/Indian Motorcycle® of Redlands: HYR, are making a few changes starting today, Friday, March 20, 2020. We will be available to answer your questions by phone, email, video chat and on appointments. The objective is to be able to comply with social distancing in all cases and to sanitize the location after each interaction.
Under normal circumstances, we always offer a friendly handshake to our customers and friends - but we will now offer a friendly wave and a genuine smile instead.
In the Sales Department, we have sorted out new ways to do paperwork for a vehicle purchase using the magic of the internet, so if you are dying to buy a bike but don't want to leave the house, let us know! We encourage you to use our online credit application process so that we can do most of the transaction prior to you coming in the store or us delivering your new bike to your residence.
The Parts Department will also be available by phone, email or text to fulfill your needs. We can ship to your home or, if you want to, drive up and we will deliver to your vehicle. Many things can be ordered online and delivered.
The Service Department is available to repair/service your vehicle. We request that you make an appointment by phone, email or text in advance as we will be operating at partial capacity. We have the ability to do most of your transaction remotely and will be happy to pick up your vehicle (and deliver it back to you) when completed.
We are doing everything we can to ensure that we are actively slowing the pace and impact of this virus. We are particularly sensitive to protecting the higher risk members of our community.
